Marathon Classic
• Fully framed (NBS K32/112a).
• 50mm diameter head rail, mechanically joined to 50mm diameter vertical posts, with screwport connections, to form a structural framework.
• Head section connected at 90o junctions with solid aluminium castings.
• Tamperproof design, no exposed mechanical fixings.
• Door frame with "Safe Edge" anti-finger trap details.
• Vertical posts are connected to floor by adjustable legs.
• Full length channels are used to attach partition and pilaster panels to walls.
• Pilaster panels secured into frame with anti-fungal silicone adhesive.
Marathon 50
• Fully framed (NBS K32/112a).
• As Marathon Classic, but with a more substantial headrail, 75mm x 50mm.
• Both systems are fully framed, so that they do not rely on the panels for strength. This ensures a more robust and vandal resistant unit with lower maintenance. Concealed fittings deter vandals.
• The headrail construction of both systems is strong enough to permit "Chin-Up" exercise use.
Hardware & Fittings:
• Solid coloured nylon door furniture.
• Concealed nylon door latch.
• Standard handle assembly with powder coated aluminium cover plate, internal door knob/buffer, plain cover rosette to the exterior through bolt and screw construction.
• 3 nylon covered heavy duty stainless steel/brass hinges per door (1 spring loaded with inward/outward opening door).
• Full length nylon brush buffer strip.
• 1 coat hook per cubicle.
• 2 coat hooks to DDA compliant cubicles.
• DDA compliant handle set with lever action turn and horizontal grab handles.
• Door closer available for outward opening doors.
Other Requirements:
• Full integration with DPS/Access Systems.
• Marathon Bench Seats with laminate slats for changing cubicles.
• Modesty panels fitted horizontally above partitions.
• Attachment of other manufacturers fittings can be accommodated with standard fittings.
• W system half round profile door frames.
Security & Privacy available with:
• Anti Peep Rails.
• Extended division or back panels.
• Closure panel system to prevent the use of camera phones under the cubicles. The panels can be moved for cleaning.
• Laminated and toughened glass divisions to combat drilling of spy holes.
