Marathon Duct Panelling On Plywood Framework
Framework:
WBP, water resistant plywood sections fitted on top of treated timber bearer which acts as a levelling device to cope with uneven floors.
Shadow Gaps:
Vertical Shadow Gaps in matching or contrasting HPL facing onto WBP board. This method of construction normally eliminates the requirement for size adjustment and refinishing on site. Horizontal shadow Gaps to special order.
Panels:
• Pre-fabricated to size with machined or lipped edges ready for site installation, on site cutting and drilling required to accept sanitary fittings.
• Compact grade laminate in 10mm or 12mm thickness.
• Access Panels on lift off clips.
Panel Layout:
• Standard up to 2400mm high, 3 panels.
• Above 2400mm to a maximum of 4000mm, 4 panels.
• Panel sizes to suit actual sanitary ware specification.
• Optional cistern mounting detail.
• Direct fixing of urinals and wash hand basins.
• Panel widths to suit cubicle layout.
Hinged Panels:
• Access panels have a hinged option.
Other Requirements:
• Grab bars, toilet roll holders can be attached directly to the panels.
• Part height cistern covers with matching solid laminate tops.
• Available as under vanity access system, some restrictions to use with certain semi recessed basins.
• Lighting pelmets to match are also available.
