Torrance Park Golf Club Case Study
Torrance Park Golf Club

Torrance Park Golf Club

Designed by Young and Gault Architects and delivered by McLaughlin and Harvey, the clubhouse at the Torrance Park Golf Club was completed in August 2016 to compliment the par 71, 6100 yard course set in the beautiful moorland of North Lanarkshire.

The course was designed by renowned golf course architect Dave Thomas whose projects have included work at The Belfry, Terre Blanche in France and the San Roque Golf Club in Spain. Torrance Park Golf Course shares similarities with his other Scottish courses.

To match the style and elegance of the course, Young and Gault specified Prospec to deliver the highest quality glass and laminate products on the market for the changing and washroom facilities.

A bespoke design was required for the lockers due to the unique size requirements of a golf course and our Marathon Wet Glass Lockers achieve this. Manufactured with 10mm Toughened Glass doors and a robust aluminium carcass, the lockers cater perfectly for the members golf equipment without compromising quality or finish.

Our award winning Cabrillant cubicles continued the use of glass into the changing facilities in the form of showers. These are complimented by a number of products from our Marathon range. Prospec System D WC cubicles, duct panelling, vanity units and bench seating are all manufactured using solid grade laminate from our exciting colour range.

Prospec were delighted to hear the feedback from McLaughlin and Harvey’s Project Manager Jock Adie and QA Andy McAllum, who said that Prospec’ service has been '...excellent...from start to finish’. We look forward to working with them on their future projects.
